Binder-related health 

I started to get weird chest pains again, after I had several days in the last weeks where I stayed at work 12+ hours and kept my binder all that time.

Last year my doctor solved that by cracking my ribs, so I'm pretty sure it's binder-related. And now I also have more upper-body muscles since last year, so it feels tighter.

I took my measurements again, I used to be right at the beginning of the M range, now I'm in the middle of it.

Maybe I should get a L binder and check if I feel better even if a bit less flat :flan_shrug:
